How to test the temperature rise of electric chain hoist?
The temperature of chain hoist is too high or the temperature rises too fast. It will make the electric chain hoist motor overheated, resulting in the chain link electric hoist can't run normally. If we grasp the temperature rise status of the chain hoist, we can prevent the electric chain hoist motor from overheating. The temperature rise method of the test ring chain electric hoist is as follows:
The temperature of motor coil, electromagnetic brake coil, gearbox, motor bearing and other parts is measured by thermometer or resistance method after carrying out the rated time operation with the reference load cycle.
For running motors at rated voltage and rated frequency, the temperature of each part of the motor must be measured by thermometer or resistance method if the rated time is continuous and fully consistent.
The determination method is carried out according to the general standard of JIS C4004 motor. The standard ambient temperature of the test is not more than 40 degrees C.
It needs to be reminded that the reference load cycle is rated under the rated voltage and rated frequency, lifting the rated load, rising 1 meters for 3 seconds and stopping for 3 seconds by 1 meters. The rated time is the time of repeated operation according to the reference load cycle.
